Mineral resources in the above table were estimated as of March 30, 2011 for the Preliminary Economic Assessment Update Technical Report for Malku Khota by Allan
Armitage, Ph.D., P.Geo, of GeoVector Management Inc.
1) The resource cut-off grade of 10 g/t silver equivalent is based only on the values of silver at $16/oz and indium at $550/kg.
2) The silver equivalent calculation in the above table uses base case metal pricing with value for silver at $18/oz (Ag), indium at $500/kg (In), gallium at $500/kg (Ga), copper at $3/lb (Cu), lead at $0.90/lb (Pb),and zinc at $0.90 (Zn).
3) Contained metal values may vary from calculated values due to rounding. Estimated metal content does not include any consideration of mining, mineral processing, or metallurgical recoveries.

The inferred mineral resource estimate has been prepared in compliance with the standards of NI 43-101 by Dr. A. Armitage, PGeol, and J. Campbell, BSc, PGeo, of GeoVector Management Inc. Dr. Armitage acted as the qualified person, as defined in NI 43-101, and is independent of the Company and has reviewed the technical information in this release. A NI 43-101 report will be finalized and filed on SEDAR within 45 days of December 19, 2011.
4) An economic cut-off grade of 0.2% copper equivalent represents a metal price of approximately $2.50/lb copper.
5) Copper Equivalent (Cu Eq %) calculations reflect gross metal content using approximate 3 year average metals prices as of December 2011 of $3.00/lb copper (Cu), $1200/oz gold (Au), $22/oz silver (Ag), and $16/lb molybdenum (Mo) and have not been adjusted for metallurgical recoveries.
